Parmigiana di melanzane (SG)

Vi presentiamo la nostra parmigiana di melanzane, un classico amato nelle famiglie italiane, preferito da molti. Realizzato con melanzane grigliate, autentica mozzarella fiordilatte e la speciale salsa napoletana di Carli, è un pasto sano e commovente pensato per essere condiviso con tutti.

Ingredienti: pomodori pelati interi, concentrato di pomodoro, zucchero, sale, pepe, basilico, olio extravergine di oliva, aglio, melanzane, mozzarella, Grana Padano

Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Remove the lid and cook for approximately 30 minutes.
3. The parmigiana will be ready when you see the crust on top.
4. Let it cool down for a few minutes before serving.

*If the parmigiana is frozen, you have two options: completely defrost it in the refrigerator before you cook it and then follow the instructions above; or put it frozen in the oven preheated at 180°C and cook it for 40 minutes or until golden.
