Aubergine Parmigiana (VEG, GF)
A true Italian favorite, loved by many and made to be shared. Parmigiana is the kind of wholesome, heartwarming dish that brings everyone to the table—because good food is always better together.
Ingredients: Aubergine, whole peeled tomatoes, mozzarella, Grana Padano cheese, tomato paste, Extra Virgin olive oil, garlic, basil, sugar, salt, pepper.
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Remove the lid and place the aubergine parmigiana in the oven.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
If Frozen
- Option 1: Fully defrost in the refrigerator before cooking. Follow the steps above.
- Option 2: Place frozen lasagna in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 40 minutes, or until golden on top.
