Introducing our Chocolate Fondant: a beloved Italian classic that warms the heart and delights the senses. Simply pop it in the oven and share the indulgence with loved ones, or savor it solo for the ultimate self-care treat. Cooked to perfection, each bite reveals a molten chocolate heart that transports you to the cozy ambiance of your favorite restaurant, right in the comfort of your own home. For an extra indulgence, pair it with our homemade Italian gelato.

Ingredients:

dark chocolate, free range eggs, white sugar, butter, flour, cocoa powder, (white chocolate)

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the cover on top and cook for 13 minutes. The top will form a crust, and it will start to come away from the sides of the mold. Remove from the oven and leave to sit for one minute before turning out.
  2. If frozen: Same procedure as above oven instructions, but preheat the oven to 200°C and cook the fondant for 16/17 minutes.
  3. Air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes. Cook the fondant at 180°C for 6/7 minutes.

*Tips: Sprinkle with icing sugar and/or accompany with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, buonissimo!
