Chocolate Fondant (White Chocolate Heart)

An Italian classic that’s pure indulgence. With every spoonful, a warm, molten chocolate center melts in your mouth, bringing the magic of your favorite restaurant straight to your home.

Ingredients: Dark chocolate, white chocolate, free-range eggs, white sugar, butter, flour, cocoa powder.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Remove the cover on top and cook for 13 minutes.
  3. The top will form a crust, and it will start to come away from the sides of the mold.
  4. Remove from the oven and leave to sit for one minute before turning out.

Other options

  1. If frozen: Same procedure as above oven instructions, but preheat the oven to 200°C and cook the fondant for 16/17 minutes.
  2. Air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes. Cook the fondant at 180°C for 6/7 minutes.
