Chocolate Fondant (White Chocolate Heart)
An Italian classic that’s pure indulgence. With every spoonful, a warm, molten chocolate center melts in your mouth, bringing the magic of your favorite restaurant straight to your home.
Ingredients: Dark chocolate, white chocolate, free-range eggs, white sugar, butter, flour, cocoa powder.
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Remove the cover on top and cook for 13 minutes.
- The top will form a crust, and it will start to come away from the sides of the mold.
- Remove from the oven and leave to sit for one minute before turning out.
Other options
- If frozen: Same procedure as above oven instructions, but preheat the oven to 200°C and cook the fondant for 16/17 minutes.
- Air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes. Cook the fondant at 180°C for 6/7 minutes.
