Lentil Lasagna (VEG)

Ingredients: Lentils, whole peeled tomatoes, fresh egg pasta, cow milk, Grana Padano cheese, vegetable stock, tomato paste, white wine, butter, extra virgin olive oil, flour, almonds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, nutritional yeast, bay leaf, ground coriander, cumin, smoked paprika, nutmeg, salt, pepper.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Remove the lid and place the lasagna in the oven.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  4. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

If Frozen

  1. Option 1: Fully defrost in the refrigerator before cooking. Follow the steps above.
  2. Option 2: Place frozen lasagna in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 40 minutes, or until golden on top.
