Enjoy it as a starter or main—simply with butter and sage or topped with our homemade Neapolitan sauce for an extra burst of flavor.

Ingredients: Baby spinach, ricotta cheese, Grana Padano cheese, free-range eggs, flour, butter, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, sage, salt, black pepper, nutmeg.

Best ways to warm-up:

  1. In a Pan (For a Slightly Crispy Outside): heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, add a little butter or oil, toast the malfatti gently for 2-3 minutes per side, being careful not to break them.
  2. In the Oven (For a Soft, Even Warm-Up): preheat the oven to 350°C, place the malfatti in an oven-safe dish, cover with foil and bake for about 10-15 minutes, until heated through.
