Straight from Nonna Santina's kitchen to yours! This cozy, comforting lasagna has been a beloved family recipe in Carli’s Italian home for generations. With ragù slow-cooked for over two hours to melt-in-your-mouth perfection, we promise – you won’t find a better lasagna anywhere else! Buon appetito!

Ingredients: Free-range beef mince, fresh egg pasta, Grana Padano cheese, onion, carrot, celery, whole peeled tomatoes, tomato paste, butter, cow milk, flour, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar, nutmeg, white wine, basil.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Remove the lid and place the lasagna in the oven.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  4. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

If Frozen

  1. Option 1: Fully defrost in the refrigerator before cooking. Follow the steps above.
  2. Option 2: Place frozen lasagna in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 40 minutes, or until golden on top.
