Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni (VEG)

  Made with love and our homemade recipe, this vegetarian specialty is light yet packed with flavor—proof that simple ingredients can create something truly delicious.

Ingredients: Baby spinach, ricotta cheese, egg pasta, whole peeled tomatoes, cow milk, Grana Padano cheese, free-range eggs, tomato paste, extra virgin olive oil, butter, flour, garlic, basil, salt, sugar, pepper, nutmeg.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Remove the lid and place the cannelloni in the oven.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  4. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

If Frozen

  1. Option 1: Fully defrost in the refrigerator before cooking. Follow the steps above.
  2. Option 2: Place frozen lasagna in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 40 minutes, or until golden on top.
